Our experience with Smiley property was very positive. Tish was very polite and knowledgeable and quickly set up an appointment to view our house. Andy came out and was honest and straight to the point while explaining the entire process with us. We felt like the offer that we were given was fair and we accepted it. Shortly after we met Peter who was very personable and answered all of our questions. We had to put off the closing due to medical reasons a couple times which seemed to not be a problem. The closing was very quick and went smoothly. Overall the whole process was very positive.

Andy and Brooks came out to view my dad’s house once we decided to get rid of it. They were on time, professional and courteous, and gave us the highest offer of the 6 KC organizations who bid.
