If you are in a position to sell your home quickly, Smiley Properties is your answer. Their team is professional, courteous and knowledgeable and will handle your transaction from start to finish, the only thing you need to do is show up for closing! Our transaction took approximately 2 weeks from our first meeting to the closing and the price we received was fair and honest. We couldn’t be happier.
Peter was very patient in allowing us to “clean out” the house prior to sale ( 5 months). Very reputable and knowledgeable in the transaction process. I would highly recommend them if needing to sell a home.
